Villa in Portugal
Contemporary architecture in dialogue with the landscape
Foz do Arelho / 2026 /
1 517 sq.m.
This contemporary villa project integrates an existing pitched-roof building with a new flat-roof volume featuring accessible terraces. The architectural solution ensures that the house is perceived from ground level as a single, cohesive modern form, with the original roof geometry visually concealed.
The façades are formed by monolithic reinforced concrete structures finished with architectural concrete, combining structural clarity with a refined aesthetic. The project incorporates modern engineering systems, including smart home technologies, adapted to the coastal climate of Portugal.
The layout clearly separates public and private areas, while landscaping includes a private rooftop garden and several outdoor leisure spaces on the site, including terraces and a swimming pool.
