Chelyabinsk, Russia / 2024 / 60 530 sq.m.
The complex is located in one of Chelyabinsk’s most scenic areas, near the Miass River embankment and main parks. Its architectural concept integrates the building into the city’s “Green Ring,” drawing inspiration from the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
A public park is placed atop the stylobate roof, while residents enjoy private green terraces above. Facades support the theme of vertical landscaping and respond to their surroundings: wave-like forms face the river, and the park-side entrance features a facade shift echoing nearby greenery. The rest of the building maintains a calm, rhythmic design to highlight key accents.
